Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, reliable platform services and shared libraries.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain platform services and shared libraries.
• Contribute to platform and system architecture decisions focused on reliability and scalability.
• Write maintainable code and model engineering best practices.
• Implement standards and patterns supporting Continuous Delivery.
• Identify and address performance, scalability, and reliability issues in platform services.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7–8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent with a master’s degree).
• Strong backend software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, C++, or similar backend languages.
• Strong understanding of design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience building and operating scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
• 3+ years designing/building/deploying container-based applications.
• 4+ years working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Continuous Delivery practices and automated deployment pipelines.
