Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, develop custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. Work with multiple teams to deliver scalable, high-performing software tailored to business needs using modern frameworks and agile practices.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with and manage the team as a subject matter expert.

• Create tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving components within systems or applications.
• Use contemporary development frameworks and agile methodologies to maintain performance and adaptability throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Work with different teams to deliver scalable and efficient software that meets business requirements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega Platform.
• Proficiency in Pega Platform.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and working with multiple systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 15 years of full-time education.
