Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather insights and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
• Address challenges and enhance application functionality, seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in the software development process.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Gen AI Hub.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in SAP Gen AI Hub.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in integrating applications with various business systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based application development.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
