Custom Software Engineer

Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, design, develop and configure software solutions that support product lifecycle stages and meet client or project requirements. Apply technologies, methodologies and processes while collaborating with stakeholders to align software with business needs.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and configure software solutions.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform as an SME.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize development processes.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate SAP modules with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and configuration management.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience integrating SAP modules with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
• 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries, A&D Aftermarket.
