Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements, acting as an SME who leads a team and works across multiple teams on Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to deliver work.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Salesforce Revenue Cloud environments.
• Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Skilled in designing scalable and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• 15 years full time education.
