What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
• Work with modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing software.
• Collaborate with different teams and continuously refine solutions to adapt to evolving needs.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in Trading Services Front Office.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Trading Services Front Office.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in complex software systems.
• Familiarity with integration of front office trading systems and related technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Fidessa Product Suite.
• Experience with FIX Protocol.
