Overview

Custom Software Engineer role focused on designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices.

What you'll do

• Design, code, and enhance tailored software solutions for business needs.
• Contribute actively in team discussions and collaborate to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Independently perform and develop into an SME.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components for performance and maintainability.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems and troubleshoot complex issues in absence/leave management processes.
• Share knowledge and guide junior team members with best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based human capital management systems and integration points.
• Experience customizing and extending Oracle HCM Cloud modules for business needs.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Minimum 15 years of full time education is required.
