Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the application.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on the application.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address roadblocks.
• Engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals.

What you'll need

• Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• Must have: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
