Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Develop custom software solutions by designing, coding and enhancing components across systems or applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices, with a focus on SAP Profitability & Performance Management (PaPM).

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to deliver outcomes.
• Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive project success.
• Design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across integrated systems.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience.
• Must have: proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Management (PaPM).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Management (PaPM).
• Strong experience in the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• 15 years full-time education.
