Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements, acting as a subject matter expert who collaborates with and manages a team.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Avaloq Wealth.
• Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application design principles related to Avaloq Wealth.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Avaloq Wealth applications to meet diverse business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Avaloq Wealth environments.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Avaloq Wealth with other enterprise systems.
