Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Full Stack Developer role to design, build and maintain scalable web applications across the Python backend and React frontend, working closely with product, design and DevOps teams.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Python (FastAPI / Django)
• Develop responsive, performant React frontends with reusable component libraries
• Write clean, testable code with unit and integration test coverage
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint ceremonies
• Debug production issues and contribute to incident resolution
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and deployment readiness

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required
• 15 years full time education
• Python (Programming Language) (must-have skill)
• Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) — 3+ years
• React.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS — 3+ years
• REST API design and consumption
• SQL and at least one NoSQL database (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Git, basic CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Jenkins)
• Agile / Scrum working practices

Nice to have

• React.js, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Generative AI
