Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, build and configure applications tailored to specific business process and application requirements, with a focus on data analytics components.

What you'll do

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand application demands and refine system functionalities.
• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute on key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the application lifecycle.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Data Analytics (must have).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• 15 years full time education (exception for new project: 15 years full time education).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and developing software applications that integrate data analytics components.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools to effectively communicate findings.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Skilled in problem-solving and troubleshooting within data-driven software environments.
