Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle, supporting a client, project or entity as a subject-matter expert and team lead.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to deliver work, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges or risks as they arise.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
• Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and configuration management.
• Experience with system integration and data migration within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and validation processes related to software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.
• 15 years full time education.
