Overview
Manage digital content and materials for desktop, mobile, email, websites and brand campaigns as a Custom Software Engineering Associate.
What you'll do
- Manage content for desktop and mobile sites based on requirements, content and creative received from markets and global brand teams, following SEO and SEM best practices.
- Manage HTML builds for email.
- Manage and maintain digital materials for the brand, including email, banners, category pages, campaign pages, micro-sites, mobile content and promotional campaigns.
- Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs and events.
- Archive web-based information for future needs and reference.
- Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors.
- Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Work as an individual contributor within a team and a predetermined, focused scope of work.
What you'll need
- Any Graduation.
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work across different shifts.
- Knowledge or experience with Adobe Campaign Management.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and results focused.
- Knowledge of HTML 4.1, XHTML 1.0, HTML 5, XML and SQL.
- Knowledge of DIV + CSS table-less HTML-based liquid layout technique.
- Knowledge of CSS 1.0 and CSS 2.0.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience with content management systems such as Joomla and TeamSite.
- Working experience with content and document management on SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of website analytics.
- Working knowledge of graphic editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Fireworks.
- Working experience with responsive email and websites.
- Good working experience with Microsoft Office products: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Interaction within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
- Ability to work with detailed to moderate-level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of CSS 3.0.
- Experience with Vignette.
- Knowledge of SEO, site analysis and site optimization.
- Working experience with JIRA or Workfront.
