Overview

Lead the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, guiding teams through design and delivery while setting development standards for code quality, scalability and performance.

What you'll do

• Act as the subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute on key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate diverse software components into cohesive solutions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL.
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong expertise in database design, optimization, and performance tuning within complex environments.
• Experience in managing and maintaining large-scale relational database systems.
• Ability to analyze and resolve intricate technical issues related to database architecture and operations.
• Familiarity with best practices in data security, backup, and recovery strategies.
