Overview

What you'll do

• Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
• Guide teams through the development lifecycle from initial design concepts to final delivery.
• Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability and performance aligned to business objectives.
• Oversee technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
• Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective, scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in software engineering.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• 15 years full time education.
