Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery.

What you'll do

• Be an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software architecture and delivery processes.

What you'll need

• Must have: proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable application design.
• Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
• 15 years full time education.
