Overview

What you'll do

• Oversee the technical direction and architectural design of tailored software solutions.
• Guide teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery.
• Establish development standards and ensure software meets business goals for scalability, performance and quality.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
• Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize development processes.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Performance Measurement Analysis and Improvement.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Measurement Analysis and Improvement.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate software performance and identify areas for enhancement.
• Experience in defining and implementing development standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Ability to design scalable software architectures that align with business requirements.
• Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive technical excellence and project success.
• 15 years full time education.
