Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead

Overview

Lead the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations and releases, and act as SME for the team.

What you'll do

• Own the design and continuous improvement of packaged or SaaS solutions.
• Manage configuration processes and oversee system integrations.
• Coordinate release activities.
• Set and maintain platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute on key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
• Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
• Experience with configuration and integration of enterprise software solutions related to real estate management.
• Strong understanding of software release management and deployment processes.
• Ability to establish and enforce platform standards ensuring system stability and performance.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• 15 years full time education.
