Overview

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery, and set development standards to ensure code quality, scalability and performance aligned to business objectives.

What you'll do

• Guide the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects.
• Steer teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation.
• Oversee code quality, system scalability and performance to align with business goals.
• Be an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Educational qualification: 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable data models tailored to complex business requirements.
• Experience in integrating data modeling with software architecture to optimize system performance.
• Ability to analyze and translate business needs into effective data structures and workflows.
• Familiarity with best practices in data governance and metadata management to ensure data integrity.
