What you'll do

• Own technical direction and architectural framework for custom software projects.
• Lead teams through the software development lifecycle from design concepts to delivery.
• Set and drive development standards and best practices for code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure integration and delivery of software components.
• Mentor and support team members to develop technical excellence.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key decisions.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
• Experience in managing and optimizing application performance and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns for custom app development.
• Ability to lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
• 15 years full-time education required.
