Overview

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery as a Custom Software Engineering Lead.

What you'll do

• Act as the subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality code.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Purview.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Purview.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
• Ability to lead and manage software development teams effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
