Customer Application Engineer

Overview

Customer Application Engineer responsible for managing customer relationships and maintaining Ivalua applications operationally and technically within the RUN technical customer support team.

What you'll do

• Manage customer relationships for application maintenance across 1 to 5 accounts.
• Own enhancements, upgrades, and application performance tuning activities.
• Handle customer request follow-up by qualifying and prioritizing needs.
• Troubleshoot code and SQL issues and address related anomalies.
• Analyze change requests, including needs, deviations, and customer processes.
• Prepare upgrades (generic/specific code to be reduced, parameters, and tests) through customer acceptance to production.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years of experience in L3/L4 Software Product Technical Support Process.
• Developer experience in an object-oriented language (ideally C#) via projects, internships, or work-study.
• Mastery of SQL including writing and optimizing queries.
• Prior technical support experience, and if possible customer management experience.
• Preferred BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a multicultural environment.

Details

• Reports to the RUN Manager of the technical customer support team.
• Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office per week.
