Customer Care Trainee

Overview

Customer Care Trainee role supporting customers across purchasing, billing, product installation and implementation, based in Noida.

What you'll do

• Resolve purchase and billing issues, including payments made by credit card, PayPal or invoice.
• Work with corporate customers and stakeholders on establishing invoice accounts, processing purchase orders and invoicing.
• Communicate with the development and finance teams regarding common customer questions.
• Work with other departments to maintain product integrity.
• Escalate support and feature enhancement requests as needed.
• Conduct UAT, document and contribute to product briefs and internal tools.
• Assist customers in all aspects of their needs, such as finding, purchasing, downloading, installing and implementing products, plus order correction or modification.

What you'll need

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac text applications (MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and AI concepts.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good typing skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, both supervised and unsupervised, and work within time targets.
• Self-motivated, able to work on a team or individually, organizing one's workload to achieve prompt, courteous and accurate responses to customer requests.

• Location: Noida.
• Willing to work in Australia, UK and India shifts on a rotational basis, including weekends and holidays.
