Order Processing Analyst

Overview

Support the Order Management team in the Finance Global Shared Services organization by booking orders, issuing licenses based on processed sales orders, and setting up customer records.

What you'll do

• Work on the Order Management and Accounts/Licensing process, including order booking and review, RMA bookings, customer setup, and maintenance and issuing of licensing to the customer.
• Book orders in compliance with corporate policies and revenue recognition rules.
• Work closely with onshore stakeholders to deliver as per defined delivery standards.
• Collaborate with the onshore team to improve and streamline the process.
• Monitor and evaluate all order issues, respond to queries, and deal with inaccuracies promptly and professionally.
• Understand and assist with control and audit compliance, legal guidelines, licensing issues, shipping issues, contract questions, and questions from Sales Operations.
• Ensure an appropriate order flow in compliance with organizational policies.
• Partner with international Sales Operations to improve the accuracy of orders being entered.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or college.
• 2+ years of experience in the order management domain.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Details

• Based in UKG's Noida office in India, reporting to the Supervisor – Order Management, who is also based in Noida.
• Operates from 11:30 am IST through 8:30 PM IST, with flexibility to adjust shift timings during month-end and quarter-end.
