Job description

Overview

Customer Engineer delivering AI solutions to enterprise contact centers and integrating Cresta products with customer systems.

What you'll do

Execute integration design and project plans created by internal stakeholders.
Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs.
Integrate applications with contact center chat or phone platforms.
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cresta products.
Partner with Customer Success to triage and resolve technical issues.
Support integration outcomes through collaboration with the engineering team.

What you'll need

Hands-on experience in Go, Python, and JavaScript.
Experience with AWS and Git.
Ability to use APIs and SDKs to build value-added solutions.
Domain experience in contact center and customer experience technologies (highly desirable list includes AWS Connect, Genesys, and Five9).

Location: United States (Remote).
Work mode: Remote.
Uses land-and-expand sales strategy contribution as the company grows.
