Customer Experience Lead, CWC Gurugram

Overview

As a Customer Experience Lead for HP’s Customer Welcome Centre (CWC) in Gurugram, you plan and manage customer briefings and events and deliver customer hosting, demos, and experiences.

What you'll do

• Plan, manage, and execute customer experiences and briefings.
• Deliver an engaging, innovative showcase tour bringing HP technology and solutions to life.
• Lead prep calls with account teams and discussion leaders to align on the final agenda.
• Collaborate to define and implement customer experiences at the CWC, representing HP’s latest products and solutions.
• Partner with business teams to develop market content for briefing topics.
• Track and ensure briefing metrics are properly monitored and accurate.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or applicable technology field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of customer-facing experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience working with customer stakeholders across executive, end user, and technical roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to translate technological concepts into business value for varied audiences.

Details

• Onsite role at the HP Gurugram Customer Welcome Center, 5 days a week.
