Senior Employee Experience Executive- GRE

Overview

Sr. Employee Experience Coordinator role focused on planning and executing employee experience and corporate events in Bengaluru.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events end to end based on portal notifications.
• Manage event logistics including venue booking, catering, AV setup, and visitor management.
• Create engaging attendee experiences with interactive elements like activations and networking.
• Liaise with internal teams, sponsors, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Oversee on-site event setup/breakdown and manage event flow in real time.
• Collect and analyze post-event feedback and success metrics, then share reports and recommendations.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience.
• Experience managing events and corporate events.
• Skills in employee interaction and guest relations.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to conduct observational studies and issue surveys.
• Qualification: Any degree.
