Senior Facility Executive- Soft Services

Overview

Senior Facility Executive (Soft Services) responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing workplace and employee events while ensuring a seamless experience and compliance.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute corporate events, town halls, leadership visits, engagement activities, festive celebrations, and wellness programs.
• Coordinate venue requirements with internal stakeholders and prepare event schedules, layouts, seating, and logistics.
• Ensure timely setup and dismantling of event venues.
• Coordinate soft services teams (housekeeping, pest control, indoor plants, pantry, cafeteria) during events.
• Track event budgets and optimize event costs while maintaining quality.
• Maintain event calendars, attendance records, vendor contracts, and event reports; prepare monthly MIS.
• Ensure events comply with workplace safety, fire, and security guidelines, including risk assessments and emergency preparedness.

What you'll need

• Manage event planning and execution.
• Coordinate vendors for events.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Perform budget planning and cost control.
• Use MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Have 5–8 years of preferred experience in facility management/corporate real estate/workplace services/hospitality management.
