Provide live-chat customer support for credit card-related queries, resolving customer needs accurately and aiming for complete satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Support customers through live chat with accuracy.
• Identify and address customer needs.
• Follow communication guidelines and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Achieve productivity, CSAT, and other performance benchmarks.

What you'll need

• Strong customer service expertise.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Typing proficiency of 40–50 words per minute.
• Ability to organize and follow up on multiple tasks accurately and on time.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
