Customer Service Agent: Portuguese (18:00pm - 3:00am)

Overview

Provide Portuguese-language customer service remotely from Brazil during an 18:00–03:00 mid shift, addressing customer issues across multiple channels. The role also includes parallel Operations work when incident volume is low.

What you'll do

• Resolve customer incidents by email, phone, and social media.
• Manage incoming calls, chats, and service inquiries.
• Provide accurate information using the appropriate tools.
• Handle complaints and offer solutions within required time limits.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution.
• Maintain customer interaction records and process accounts.
• Perform parallel Operations work when needed.

• High-level Portuguese and fluent English.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

• Flexibility and decisiveness in a changing environment.
• Residence in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Previous User Support or Customer Service experience.
• Previous experience using Zendesk.

• Schedule: 18:00–03:00, five days per week, with a 30-minute break.
