Customer Service Agent: German (11:00am - 20:00pm)

Overview

Provide German-language customer service remotely from Brazil through email, phone, and social media, working an 11:00–20:00 shift five days per week.

What you'll do

• Handle customer incidents through email, phone, and social media.
• Manage incoming calls, chats, and service inquiries.
• Provide accurate information using the appropriate methods and tools.
• Resolve complaints with suitable solutions and alternatives.
• Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Maintain customer interaction records, accounts, and documents.
• Perform parallel Operations work when incident volumes vary.

What you'll need

• High-level oral and written German.
• Fluent English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• Planning, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented, reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach.
• Residence in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Previous User Support or Customer Service experience.
• Previous experience using Zendesk.

• Remote role based in Brazil.
• Schedule: 11:00–20:00, five days per week, with a one-hour break.
