Customer Service Representative - Bilingual - French

Overview

Provide bilingual customer service for patient and provider support and pharmaceutical commercialization services in Canada. Handle customer inquiries, orders, shipment issues, and account maintenance.

What you'll do

• Take incoming calls and process client and pharmacy orders.
• Process orders received by fax, email, and phone.
• Process ERP pick tickets and select appropriate carriers.
• Coordinate with internal departments on order, shipment, invoice, and account issues.
• Answer customer questions and complaints about shipments and services.
• Set up customer accounts and maintain customer files.
• Recommend improvements to customer service operations.

What you'll need

• Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Strong proficiency in order entry systems.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multitask and produce accurate work under pressure.
