Customer Service Specialist

Overview

Customer Service Specialist role acting as the interface between customers and business value chain partners to deliver service and support profitability.

What you'll do

• Execute order entry and manage order fulfillment for assigned business groups and customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products, applications, and service offerings.
• Build customer relationships, understand needs, and gather market intelligence.
• Coordinate assigned customer account activity and proactively address issues with solutions.
• Maintain service levels according to business prioritization.
• Differentiate customer requirements from Dow capabilities to choose best/cost effective solutions.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles and fields.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a discipline demonstrating logical thinking and computational skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• SAP and CRM knowledge.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
