Overview

Customer Service Specialist I for the Bangalore Global Commercial Operations Center, working third shift (nights) to support quote-to-cash and end-to-end service call and billing activities across global operations.

What you'll do

• Support the quote-to-cash process for parts, consumables, and time and material orders.
• Handle exceptions such as credit rebills and invoice/parts order corrections.
• Manage end-to-end service call creation, including pre-sales, installation, de-installs, refurbishments, and warranty activities.
• Support post-installation entitlements, including warranty extensions and warranty contract creation.
• Execute invoice and portal management to enable start-to-end billing.
• Maintain master data via Install Base requests, including data cleanup and validation.
• Coordinate service inquiries and provide enhanced sales support via CRM changes and approvals.

What you'll need

• 4.5–7 years of equivalent business experience in customer service, order entry, order management, and fulfillment.
• Quote-to-order and order-to-cash experience.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow documented processes with high accuracy and quality standards.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to support changing business needs and work schedule adjustments.
