Payroll Analyst I

Overview

Payroll Analyst I supports the CPT APAC payroll process under the Payroll Supervisor for APAC Countries. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, tax calculations, compliance, and employee customer service.

What you'll do

• Process accurate APAC payroll and perform tax calculations.
• Ensure compliance for payroll processes and country schemes.
• Manage case management workload to meet SLAs.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and HR teams on payroll and tax queries.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues, support investigations, and communicate status.
• Support end-to-end payroll processing across teams.
• Participate in payroll improvement projects and audits/self-audits.

What you'll need

• 3-4 years overall APAC Payroll & HR Ops experience.
• Experience handling APAC payroll in a time-critical, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of payroll processes, compliance regulations, and country schemes.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize multiple entity payrolls concurrently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for all employee levels.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ADP and Workday systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Prior experience of Workday and ServiceNow preferred.
