Overview
Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end multi-country payroll processing using Workday Payroll and outsourced payroll via ADP.
What you'll do
- Support end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries or regions.
- Process payroll transactions in Workday Payroll (e.g., hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, deductions, tax changes).
- Coordinate with ADP outsourced payroll providers to submit data, validate outputs, and ensure timely completion.
- Review payroll previews, variance reports, gross-to-net calculations, and final payroll registers.
- Handle off-cycle payroll, retro payments, corrections, and final settlements as required.
- Resolve payroll-related issues with local payroll providers, HR teams, and Finance.
- Ensure payroll activities comply with country-specific statutory, tax, and social security requirements.
What you'll need
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on payroll experience with Workday Payroll, ADP Global Payroll, ADP Streamline, ADP Celergo, ADP Global View, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Experience with payroll year-end activities, tax reporting, and statutory filings.
- Familiarity with payroll accounting, GL reporting, payroll funding, and reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of HRIS and integrations involving time and attendance, benefits, and compensation with payroll.
- Proficiency in MS Office and communication skills in English (written and oral).
- Payroll certification such as CPP, FPC, CIPP, PCP, or equivalent is an advantage.
