Overview

Customer Service Specialist I for Customer Support/Order Management based in Bangalore, supporting order processing and customer issue resolution for assigned regions.

What you'll do

• Process orders as a subject matter expert using Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, and other applications.
• Work independently with guidance only in the most complex situations.
• Ensure adherence to internal/external processes for transaction actions with no slippage.
• Solve complex problems and participate in process calls to share ideas and improve processes.
• Meet daily turnaround time (TAT) and ensure performance metrics/SLAs are met.
• Handle customer complaints by providing solutions and alternatives to resolve complaints proactively.
• Build collaborative relationships to help prevent repeated mistakes by team members.

What you'll need

• 4.5–7 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in Order Management.
• Proven customer support or client service representative experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Flexible to work in night shifts.
