Overview

Customer Services Consultant-1 provides first-line customer support, service coordination, problem resolution, and recommendations for selected products and services.

What you'll do

• Resolve minor coverage issues and minor customer complaints.
• Handle inbound customer service inquiries.
• Perform health analysis/troubleshooting and redirect customers when appropriate.
• Identify issues and determine an effective course of action for resolution.
• Process results from analysis of technical data.
• Provide support across different geographical locations as required by business and operations.
• Leverage AI capabilities to improve efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness.

What you'll need

• Extensive experience in facilitating creation of right products and services to resolve customer business issues.
• Working knowledge of data gathering and analysis processes and policies.
• Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques to meet or exceed customer needs.
• Working knowledge of consulting techniques for technical or business guidance to clients.
• Basic understanding of decision-making processes and critical thinking tools.
• Working knowledge of effective communications behaviors to transmit and interpret information.
• Working/proficiency focus on problem solving approaches for recognizing and resolving issues.
