Customer Success Architect

Overview

Customer Success Architect for Cortex XDR/XSIAM, focused on helping customers deploy and adopt security platforms and strengthen security operations.

What you'll do

• Guide and support customer deployment and customization of Cortex XDR/XSIAM across the customer lifecycle.
• Act as a product SME for XDR/XSIAM by answering customer questions and addressing technical requirements.
• Write scripts, troubleshoot, and provide training and technical responses.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to maximize customer and partner outcomes.
• Translate team technical knowledge into articles and guides for customers.

What you'll need

• Experience developing and maintaining scripts in Python.
• Security design and architecture experience.
• Content development and workload automation experience.
• Familiarity with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW and their ecosystems.
• Customer-facing role experience.
• Fluent English requirement.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
