Customer Success Associate (Technical Support) providing field-based technical assistance to patients in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Assist patients in fixing CGM patches, pairing sensors, and setting up devices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Provide basic troubleshooting tips and best practices for device maintenance.
• Maintain patient interaction records and necessary documentation.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient support to enhance the user experience.
• Support business operations including events, lead generation, and inventory management.

What you'll need

• Minimum 1 year of customer technical support experience.
• B.Sc./Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant technical degree.
• Prior experience in customer service or a technical support role.
• Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with a patient-centric approach to troubleshooting.
• English, Telugu, and Hindi (mandatory).
