Customer Support Executive

About the role

We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our remote team and deliver exceptional support to our customers. You'll handle support requests, gather valuable feedback through calls, and help us continuously improve our service.

What you'll do

• Respond to and resolve customer support requests via email, chat, and ticketing systems in a timely manner
• Call customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify improvement opportunities
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
• Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to overall satisfaction and retention

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Ability to handle multiple support requests simultaneously and manage time effectively
• Patient, empathetic approach to problem-solving with a genuine desire to help customers

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or ticketing software
• Familiarity with feedback collection methodologies
• Background in technical support or product-specific support
