Customer Support Executive | Language

Overview

Customer Support Executive (Language) providing customer service and support for post-sale technical/non-technical inquiries across customer sub-families.

What you'll do

• Handle customer service via phone, online chat, or text for remote support.
• Provide call center-based support for high-volume, low-complexity inquiries.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues for lower-volume, higher-complexity inquiries (office environment).
• Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments for specific orders (distribution center).
• Provide technical and non-technical support in a walk-in service center (distribution center/returns/repair/field facility).

What you'll need

• Have basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.
• Be able to solve routine issues independently, with occasional deviations or improvements to standard procedures.
• Work with moderate supervision.
• May require vocational or basic technical education.
