What you'll do

• Document case details, findings, and resolutions in support systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to route issues and support resolution efforts.
• Monitor support queues and case status to meet expected handling timelines.
• Apply AI tools to organize information, summarize case notes, and improve productivity.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Communications.
• Strong written communication skills for customer and internal partner interactions.
• Strong verbal communication skills for customer and internal partner interactions.
