What you'll do

• Design and implement identity and access management solutions.
• Configure and customize IAM products through the system development life cycle.
• Develop and test identity/federation components including unit, system integration, performance, and UAT testing.
• Implement and support SSO using OIDC and configure authorizations via API access management.
• Manage enterprise provisioning, roles-based access controls, and external/internal federation.
• Create custom REST endpoints and manage connectors, object mappings, and reconciliation in IDM solutions.
• Work with reverse proxy/gateway components to configure routes, proxy rules, and application access security.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management in progressive roles.
• 4+ years of development experience using UI and server-side technologies like Java, J2EE, NodeJS, Angular, or ReactJS.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Okta/Ping Identity/ForgeRock/Microsoft Entra.
• Good understanding of Authentication, Authorization, MFA, SSO, Federation, OAuth, OIDC, and provisioning concepts.
• 2+ years experience with software development and implementation of access management/federation products such as Okta/Ping Identity/ForgeRock/Microsoft Entra.
• Experience with enterprise directory integration (e.g., ITDS/SDS/AD/LDAP) and provisioning data flows.
• Solid understanding of SAML 2.0 and OIDC grants.
