Overview

CIAM Developer roles focused on identity and access management (IAM), including access control, authentication, authorization, provisioning, and workflows.

What you'll do

• Provide user provisioning, authentication, and access governance based on established guidelines.
• Publish, monitor, and enforce information/computer security policies and security awareness programs.
• Assist with configuration and implementation of IAM systems and applications.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and user access authorization reviews with other departments.
• Troubleshoot IAM system and access control process issues.
• Develop password requirements and standards for multi-factor authentication (tokens/biometrics) for sensitive-data systems.

What you'll need

• Degree or equivalent work experience (degree in computer science/technology/related field preferable).
• Proven IAM work experience including access control, authentication, authorization, provisioning, approvals, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting security solutions for identity management/access control.
• Solid understanding of information security risk analysis and IAM/access control methodologies for business applications.
• Programming/debugging skills: Unix Shell, Perl, Java, JavaScript.
• Strong SQL skills including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience/knowledge of identity access lifecycle governance (RSA).
