Manage DAS, POTS inventories, telecom billing analysis, and telecom expense management for a 24/7 operations role.
What you'll do
- Audit and reconcile monthly carrier invoices.
- Identify billing errors, unauthorized charges, and credit opportunities.
- Maintain global inventories of DAS nodes, cellular repeaters, and POTS lines.
- Identify redundant lines and manage migrations or disconnect requests.
- Resolve billing disputes with carriers and vendors.
- Generate telecom spend dashboards, usage reports, and cost-allocation models.
What you'll need
- 3–5 years of experience in telecom billing analysis, inventory management, or enterprise telecom administration.
- Understanding of carrier billing formats, TEM platforms, contracts, and dispute resolution.
- Working knowledge of DAS, small cells, cellular boosters, POTS/PSTN, and FXS/FXO interfaces.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira.
- Understanding of OSI layers, TCP/IP, cellular frequency bands, and basic circuit routing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, finance, information systems, or telecommunications field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Certified Telecom Financial Analyst certification.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
- Relevant telecom asset management certification.
