Supply and Logistics Specialist

Overview

Support Clinical Trial Supply and Logistics Project Managers with study-specific supply chain strategy, sourcing, distribution, and technical management for clinical trial projects.

What you'll do

• Develop logistics concepts and solutions with the project manager.
• Monitor study scope, timelines, budgets, changes, and risks.
• Manage study-specific project tools and documentation.
• Manage pass-through costs and report internal and external provider costs.
• Develop clinical supply, sourcing, distribution, inventory, and supply schedules.
• Coordinate with clinical teams, depots, procurement, and third-party providers.
• Identify process improvements and mentor clinical supply team members.

What you'll need

• Extensive pharmaceutical, clinical research, or consulting industry experience.
• Strong experience in clinical logistics or a related biopharmaceutical field.
• Project management experience and basic project management skills.
• Understanding of cross-functional activities and multinational work environments.
• Knowledge of the GxP regulatory framework.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fluent English.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
