Overview
The Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist designs, optimizes, and implements supply chain and end-to-end (E2E) value chain improvements to improve service and cost-to-serve productivity.
What you'll do
- Design, optimize, and test supply chain and E2E network scenarios using analytical and optimization tools.
- Drive adoption of ERP and internal supply planning platforms (e.g., OMP, DOC, MEIO).
- Own model assumptions, constraints, and business rules aligned to commercial, operational, and financial objectives.
- Identify and balance trade-offs across inventory, sourcing, production, logistics, service levels, and asset utilization.
- Lead or support E2E improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation and value realization.
- Develop and track supply chain metrics and KPIs; generate insights and recommendations from analytics.
- Collaborate with teams and partners locally, regionally, and globally to ensure alignment and leverage synergies.
What you'll need
- 3–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related process improvement roles.
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- APICS and/or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
- Experience with SAP and familiarity with analytics/reporting tools such as Power BI and/or Python (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and modeling skills.
- Project and change management capability.
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
