Single Carrier Specialist

Overview

Single Carrier Specialist responsible for end-to-end landside shipment execution and operational control for on-time delivery and accurate system updates.

What you'll do

• Manage landside shipment execution from booking and planning through delivery and order closure.
• Optimize transport including vendor allocation, scheduling, and handling booking/planning changes.
• Monitor shipment execution, proactively manage exceptions, and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure service delivery, compliance, and performance adherence.
• Ensure accurate system updates, cost validation, and timely order closure for billing support.
• Collaborate with vendors, terminals, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics or shipping industry.
• Strong understanding of SAP Transportation Management System dispatch workflows.
• Ability to identify and resolve missing or incorrect data within SAP TMS system flows.
• Strong attention to detail for validating documentation accurately.
• Capability to analyze operational data, including review and reporting activities.
• Flexible to work across shifts, including night shifts, and adhere to a five-day in-office expectation.
